- 1RegisterCreate your personal account — full name, phone or email, your LGA. Choose “Business” as your account type if you wish.
- 2Create a pageAdd your business name, sector, LGA, description, logo and contacts. The page appears in the directory immediately.
- 3Get verifiedUpload your CAC certificate or a valid ID in Settings → Verification. Reviewed by a person, usually within a few days.
- 4Sell, hire, postAdd products to the marketplace, post openings to the Opportunity Exchange, share updates with your followers and your LGA.

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating a page, being listed in the directory, posting to the marketplace and posting opportunities are free.
Do I need a registered company?
No. Any business can create a page. CAC registration (or a valid personal ID for sole traders) is only needed to earn the Verified badge.
Can my business be in more than one LGA?
Your page has one home LGA. You can post products with a different pickup LGA, and post opportunities targeted to any LGA or statewide.
How do payments work on the marketplace?
BenueConnect connects buyers and sellers; payment and delivery are arranged between you. Trade with verified members, meet in safe public places, and report any suspicious activity.
How do I reach investors or partners?
Post your opportunity or project to the Opportunity Exchange and to your LGA community; diaspora chapters and NGOs browse both. Verified status significantly increases responses.
